the best approach to a keyboard App.

I guess if you are considerate and only use it where it can do no harm, and if you have an eye on which keyboard is active when entering sensitive text, it can be a great tool.

Bugs: at times theres no keyboard available depending what keyboard was turned on in the last app or if you were entering a password and iOS had switched the keyboard automatically. And you can not write here with it ;-)
Having small letters and capital letters on the full size keyboard depending on the caps lock key would be nice, too.

Fix the bugs, try and avoid full access, and youre on top!
