It needs some work. But its almost there.

I like how clever the prediction can be in this keyboard. However, from time to time when I try to type words it will auto correct it to something totally different. For instance I typed "define" (perfectly mind you) and the app corrected it to "describe", which has more letters than the original word I typed. Why is that?

Finally, why does the keyboard not have multi touch? I cant hold the shift and type "LOL" in caps.

Other than these two niggles the keyboard couldve been much better. Otherwise, its difficult to justify the 1.00 to switch from the apple keyboard.
